Questions we hear a lot

How much does medical billing cost?

Full-service medical billing starts at 2.49% of monthly collections. Coding, credentialing and A/R recovery can be bought à la carte or bundled — you only pay for what you use.

Do you work inside our existing EHR?

Yes. We work directly in your system — Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, DrChrono, AdvancedMD, Epic, Cerner, NextGen and others — so you keep your data and your workflows.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We operate under a signed BAA, with role-based access, audit logging, encrypted transmission at rest and in transit, and annual staff HIPAA training.

How long does onboarding take?

Most practices are live in 7–14 days: kickoff and access setup, payer and fee schedule mapping, a parallel-run week, then full transition with a named account manager.

Do you also handle patient billing and calls?

Yes. Patient statements, payment plans and a US-hours patient billing line are included in full-service RCM, and our virtual front desk service can cover scheduling and intake calls too.

Can you take over aged A/R only?

Absolutely. Many practices start with an aged A/R recovery project, see the cash come in, and then move their day-to-day billing over.
